Quick, efficient and great communication!

Michela was great at communicating with me. They were on top of all the paper work that was needed and we were able to close pretty fast on our dream home.

Eric and his team made it fast and easy! Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and completely. Eric had no hesitation accommodating my schedule and made sure I had nothing but a positive experience!

Korbin called every time we needed questions answered. Very great guy!

The communication

It would have been nice to receive a list of what all would be needed or a timeline. I don’t check my email multiple times a day and it felt like if we didn’t get to things right when they were sent, they were very pushy. The numbers were also off from what we anticipated which could have been an easy fix by just changing the sellers contributions but at the point we were told it was too late for that.

Adeline is the BEST—super responsive, super friendly, and so knowledgeable! She made this process the easiest it’s ever been for us (our third time buying). It was so much less stressful than our previous experiences. I had a ton of questions throughout and Adeline always responded very quickly, and we really felt like she had our backs throughout this process!
